Spectrum Transition Programme

The Spectrum Transition Programme is a 4 day programme ideally suited if you want to experience immediate change to your presenting problem. It is a group programme that will have no more than 6 participants. The programme is designed around transition with some training which is done as a group. All personal change work is completed in a private space and based on spectrum transition coaching techniques.

Step 1: Establish a safe space

Conduct an initial consultation raising awareness around the presenting problem with questions that allow a level of understanding of what has brought the client to their current way of thinking and doing. This does not require detailed content of anything negative as Spectrum Transition Coaching is mainly concerned with emotions stored in the nervous system. Spectrum is non-trauma focussed and so there is no need to share the specific detail of any of traumatic event. “Emotions create behaviours”

Step 2: Agree a plan

Together we will agree an order and sequence of your change. It's important to remember that you are always in control and if you are unhappy about anything, you must express it.

Step 3: Create emotional change

Change the areas highlighted from the initial consultation using the appropriate spectrum scripts and techniques. “You cannot change your past but you can change your emotional relationship with it to learn and grow”

Step 4: Test Changes

Test the areas that were previously negative to confirm how they have changed and share with others if you feel comfortable. We will show you how to do this on the programme.

Step 5: Integrate emotional changes

Integration normally translates into a new set of behaviours that serve you with an increased level of choice and reduced level of negativity compared to previous unwanted patterns or reactions.

Step 6: Transfer changes

Transfer this to life and implement new behaviours that are more beneficial.
