Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to all training courses booked with Spectrum Transition Coaching.

All prices quoted are subject to the addition of VAT at the current rate based on the date of attendance according to the rates of country of training.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a place on the requested programme or to reserve dates where corporate bookings or closed trainings are made.

Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training course booked. Failure to do so will result in either; the refusal of delegate access to the training course booked, unless a payment scheme has been arranged and agreed or in the case of a corporate booking alternative dates will be identified, which is subject to availability.

If, for any reason, you or a corporate body have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing, and the following cancellation fees will apply as shown:

NOTICE GIVEN CANCELLATION

More than 2 months - 50% refund.

Less than 2 months - 25% refund.

Less than 1 month - 0% refund.

Certification requires attendance on the entire course.

If a delegate does not show up or complete the course for whatever reason no refund will be given. We regret that, in view of the highly specialised nature of our courses, which can be planned as much as 12 months in advance, we will strictly adhere to our Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Scale.

We may, at our discretion consider a future alternative course or substitute delegate, This will be determined on a case by case basis.
