DOCTORAL STUDY PTSD/R

This was a qualitative comparative study of seven veterans selected from a total population of seventy six veterans and was conducted by Dr Sarah Mills PhD with Wolverhampton University. All veterans were clinically diagnosed with PTSD/R and had previously received other treatment modalities. It compared Spectrum Transition Coaching to other established models used in the treatment of trauma. Published in Counselling Psychology Quarterly.

SYNERGY STUDY OF PTSD/R

This was the earliest study of spectrum conducted by Christine Woods, BSc, FRSS, PGDip. It was a quantitative study regarding the efficacy of Spectrum Transition Coaching as a treatment for PTSD/R. This study is entitled Synergy, which was was the first version of what is now known as Spectrum Transition Coaching.

ASSET MAPPING STUDY BY GAYLE WHELAN AND DR HANNAH TIMPSON APPLIED HEALTH AND WELLBEING PARTNERSHIP MARCH 2014 SIR JOHN MOORE UNIVERSITY

The authors of this report conducted in this two-year project to identify the impact of community assets in Wirral. Thanks are also extended to Dr Will Sopwith for the development of the framework for identifying community assets and ongoing support, and also to colleagues within Wirral Public Health for their support with this work.

BRISTOL YOUNG OFFENDERS INSTITUTE

This was a pilot study conducted at Bristol Young Offenders Institute with a randomised selection of young offenders who participated in a spectrum change programme.
