Transition Coach

Level 3

‘the mastery of transition coaching’

Delegates who attend this programme are really keen to consolidate the transition coach level 2 work and extend their skill set beyond this and are ready to work with clients on an even deeper and more complex level. They recognise that transition with this demographic always requires emotional change and support is crucial if the client is to be successful in what they are looking to achieve.

This may include clients who have been diagnosed with mental health problems or present issues that are considered to be complex in nature.

This is a natural extension of what has been previously learnt from earlier programmes and is appealing to those who prefer to work with issues that require a fully comprehensive model and are willing to mentor others once

a sufficient level of experience is established.
